Open Seminar 6th December

There will be a Martial Art seminar Held at the Albert Park Indoor Sport Centre on Saturday 6th December. The seminar will run for the entire day with some of Australia's leading Martial Art instructors.

An ideal opportunity to try different styles of Martial Art suitable for beginners to black belts. 

Martial Arts taught at the seminar include:

 Minimum Age:

    14 Years

 Requirements:

    2 x short sticks (arnis/kali)
    1 x bokken (wooden sword)/iaito (shinken - live blades are not allowed)

 Notes:

The kali sticks can be 2 pieces of dowel. 2.5cm diameter and 65cm long.
The bokken can be a piece of dowel 2.5cm diameter and 1 metre long.
Give them a rub with sandpaper so you do not get splinters.
You can also use a "display sword (katana)" if you have one.

There "may" be a few spare weapons that can be borrowed "no promises" or you could skip those sessions and do a different session.
